The Supernatural Blessings Coming to the Israelites: “Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; ” 1 John 3:2 KJV
When I was a Christian and the verses were read about us being “Gods” and about the faith that we had in Christ that we would one day be like him “Immortal,” living forever and having supernatural abilities. Everyone said “Amen,” Everyone believed without a shadow of a doubt that this would be so. Nonetheless, know coming to the knowledge that Christ came for us, died for us, and will be coming back to redeem us. I must admit at first this was even hard for me to fully grasp.
“But to the just he will give peace, and will protect the chosen, and mercy will abide over them, and they will all be God’s, and will be prosperous and blessed, and the light of God will shine for them.” Enoch 1:8
Nonetheless, as I kept studying and hearing from God those old Christian verses, they started to make more since to me. The weak will be made strong, the poor will be made rich, the meek would inherit the earth. I started to see how it was without question us that the scriptures have always talked about, all the way back to Genesis prophesying about our 400 years of mistreatment, captivity, oppression in this land. Lastly, I would tell you to know without a doubt, that we were supernaturally cursed, and that we will be supernaturally blessed.
“On that day the LORD will defend the people of Jerusalem, so that the weakest among them will be like David, and the house of David will be like God, like the angel of the LORD going before them.” Zechariah 12:8
“Five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand, and your enemies will fall by the sword before you.”
Leviticus 26:8
‘One man of you shall chase a thousand: for the LORD your God, he it is that fighteth for you, as he hath promised you. ‘ Joshua 23:10
It takes a faith that surpasses all understanding to truly grasp this. You know the faith that had those people back in the day running through the church pews, this is something we should run about, this is the news that we should shout about. The Supernatural Blessings Coming to the Israelites
